I am unsure if Lunatic Mental Case is the only one rushing pee to my penis. Over the years I have heard multiple intelligence community members say, I am done. This is usually once an activity has been performed on me. I have heard over the past week that Lunatic Mental Case is dead or no longer around including Crackhead. Yet, the past few days I have had pee rushes to my penis repeatedly as a form of torture and control over me. This is even after I submitted and published my initial doctoral research project on ResearchGate. There has only been one reader on ResearchGate regarding my doctoral research project. In addition, my petition on Intelligence Community Enforcement has only gotten 7 signatures on Change.gov

I found a way to trap Lunatic Mental Case and Crackhead. These two domestic terrorists always make me feel pee in my penis when I am in the kitchen getting food to eat, taking my vitamins in my bedroom, and while I sign up for a new service via the Internet. If they are present during these times then they can surely be captured at that time. 0449pm pst

I ended up peeing in the toilet as cars drive by my residence window which happens a lot. It is all calculated by these two domestic terrorists. I am making progress reading an article but feel surveillance in my entire body move millimeter by millimeter when I breathe and)or barely move which distracts my reading ability. 501pm PST. This is the only time when these two domestic terrorists are seen by the intelligence community as saviors. Why? Because there are other people here and they simply watch it all unfold until I complain or say something mentally in my mind.
