The intelligence community have been watching me daily for unknown reasons along with being obnoxious with their voices. I can't sleep due to hearing their voices and my eyes are tired but unable to sleep. 0310pm pst

Crackhead is still here surveiling me even after me sending an email last night to the press and Santa Maria City Council about ongoing military intelligence terrorism on me the victim 0540pm PST 

Crackhead is the sole person surveilling me and dropping odors onto me. He is making my chair shake as I sit back in it, moving millimeter by millimeter forward and backwards, due to cyber technology. Yesterday, I faxed Rick Crawford (R-AR) who is chairman of the house select intelligence community, which was delivered successfully. Yet, crackhead still goes on abusing his powers. This is obviously malice intent on crackhead's part. 1239am PST
