The intelligence community are modifying the water temperature within the shower. Whenever I rinse my hair or face the water temperature changes. If I am washing my body my legs start itching, due to intelligence technology attacking them. I turn off the water to conserve water, but when I turn it back on the temperature is never the same temperature as I set.
