I clicked on the link to open CapitalOne credit card again and nothing is moving, it is not opening or going to the webpage. I heard a male intelligence speech say, "I can't believe what you are doing to him. He isn't even doing anything."

0834am I can hear clicks determining if an action by me online is accepted or not as the intelligence communities actions are well thought out. They are talking continuously as their direction of control is being implemented on the spot as I attempt to move around my computer with my own mouse.
